Countryside City Center is just north of Lagrange and Joliet Road. We were responsible for doing all the site preparation for Chic Fil-A. Our scope included excavation, underground sewer and water, curb installation, asphalt paving, electric transformer installation, and parking lot lights installation. Not only did we had to excavate a couple hundred truckloads to meet the new grade requirements, we helped resolve a local public utility issue by coordinating with the powers that be the movement of a live power line through our site that was not being shown by Julie on the markings.
