Lockport Square is an 11,000 square foot building for 5 commercial spaces just west of 355 on 159th st. This was a new construction project that was built from the ground up. The project started in May of 2015 and and was available to businesses in November 2015. The job consisted of all aspects of new construction; from initial site work sewer and water, excavation, underground electric, building construction, as well as completing interior white box finishes ready for turnover to the tenant GCs. The building facade features a mix of stone and brick, which is mirrored by a monument sign, and landscape boxes in front of the strip of stores.
