When the Party City decided to lease this space the property manager chose Boulder Developers to oversee the completion of the necessary updates. The updates to this unit included electrical overhaul for the entire unit, HVAC upgrade as well as new installation of the ceiling grid and tiles. Additionally, we handled the installation of the glass storefront windows. We were able to complete this construction project on budget with a completely satisfied tenant.
